Our commitment

Turfs Up wants every customer to be able to plan a project with us. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA across the Turfs Up Yard Visualizer.

What we have done

• Semantic HTML landmarks and a single clear heading structure on every page.
• All interactive controls reachable and operable by keyboard, with visible focus indicators.
• Form fields with associated labels, clear error messages and grouped choices announced to screen readers.
• Colour combinations checked for contrast, and no reliance on colour alone to convey meaning.
• Text alternatives for images, and decorative graphics hidden from assistive technology.
• Layouts that reflow to 320px width and support browser zoom to 200% without loss of content.
• Respect for reduced-motion preferences.

Known limitations

• Outlining an area on your photograph and tracing your yard on the aerial map are inherently visual tasks. If they are not accessible to you, choose "I know the dimensions" and type your measurements, or contact us and we will measure for you at no cost.
• AI-generated concept images are described in text but cannot be fully conveyed non-visually.
• The interactive map is supplied by a third party and parts of it may not be fully keyboard accessible.

Feedback

We welcome reports of accessibility barriers. Email enquiry@turfsup.com with the page address, what you were trying to do and the assistive technology or browser you were using. We aim to acknowledge within 2 business days and to fix confirmed issues promptly, offering an alternative in the meantime.

Assessment and standards

This statement is based on internal review by our development team using keyboard-only testing, screen reader spot checks and automated audits. We review accessibility whenever we make significant changes to the Visualizer.
