Concept images, not construction documents

Every image produced by the Turfs Up Yard Visualizer is an artistic concept created by a generative AI model from the photograph you uploaded and the selections you made. It is an illustration of an idea. It is not a survey, a landscape plan, a construction drawing, a rendering to scale, or a guarantee of the finished result.

How the image is made

Your primary photograph and a written description of your project — property type, area, style, chosen turf and features — are sent to a third-party AI image model. The model repaints the ground plane and added features while attempting to preserve your house, structures and boundaries. Because the output is generated rather than drafted, small details can be invented, omitted or subtly altered.

What may differ from reality

• Turf appearance: exact colour, pile height, blade shape, thatch and sheen versus a physical sample.
• Pavers and hardscape: unit sizes, patterns, joint widths, borders and the colours actually stocked.
• Planting: species, size at installation, seasonal colour and growth over time.
• Putting greens: contour, break, fringe width, cup positions and true ball roll or stimp.
• Levels and drainage: grades, falls, transitions, edging and drainage details are not modelled.
• Feature placement: positions may need to change for utilities, setbacks, access, permits or HOA rules.
• Lighting and season: the image reflects the light in your photo, not how the yard will look year-round.
• Artefacts: AI models can distort straight lines, repeat textures, or render objects imperfectly.

Measurements are estimates

Square footage produced from a photograph depends on your outline and the reference measurement you provide; figures from the aerial map depend on satellite image accuracy and how precisely you trace. Both are planning estimates only. Turfs Up will verify all measurements on site before quoting.

Product recommendations are suggestions

Recommended SYNLawn products are matched by algorithm to your stated uses and priorities. Availability, current specifications and pricing change, and a Turfs Up specialist may recommend a different product once they have seen the site and you have handled samples.

Pricing ranges are indicative

Any range shown is an early planning guide based on typical Carolina installations. It excludes excavation and disposal, drainage correction, base depth changes, retaining or structural work, irrigation changes, difficult access, permits and other site-specific costs. Only a written Turfs Up quotation following a site assessment is binding.

Please do not rely on visualizations alone

Do not use a concept image to order materials, apply for permits, brief a contractor, set a construction budget or make a purchase decision. Ask us for physical samples, a site visit and a written quotation first.

Human review

Turfs Up staff review submitted projects and may correct measurements or product matches before contacting you. Report anything that looks wrong to enquiry@turfsup.com and we will regenerate or correct it.
